1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Logistics Prabhu platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You must not abuse our APIs or WhatsApp integrations by sending spam or unsolicited messages.
• You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our tracking algorithms.

3. Subscription and Payments

Logistics Prabhu operates on a subscription model. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of services. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Logistics Prabhu provides software and intelligence tracking services, NOT physical shipping or freight forwarding services. We are not legally or financially liable for delayed, lost, or damaged physical cargo.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Logistics Prabhu does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for operational losses incurred during temporary system maintenance or unexpected downtime.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
